The Keystone Series 60 cartridge resilient seated butterfly valve is a heavy duty valve that utilizes a one-piece body, which is available in both wafer and full tapped lug designs. The standard longneck body provides full clearance for 2-inches of insulation with ANSI 150 pipe flanges. Heavy-duty, two-piece stem design allows for easy maintenance.

Stems are secured by the use of retaining pins. Teflon ®* bearings are standard on 2"-12". Sizes above 12" have full-length bearings on upper and lower stems. A Rectangular drive ensures a strong flutterless disc to stem connection. No pins or bolts are exposed to flow.

The disc is streamlined for maximum flow and minimum seat wear. Ease of maintenance due to the elimination of bolts, pins, etc., as disc to stem connectors. Elastomer cartridge seat, reinforced with phenolic backing ring, enables valve to be used on pressure or vacuum service. Seat can be field replaced. Three stem seal O-rings are molded into the the seat liner to back up the primary stem seal. For uni-directional dead end service, a unique patented lip, integral to the body prevents the liner from moving downstream, eliminating seat and flange leakage at full rated pressure without the use of downstream flange.
